This Safari will take you to two of the most famous wildlife locations in the world,
the Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti National Park, with the added spectacle, from
May through August, of more than a million migrating wildebeest.
Our Tanzanian Safaris are all private departures, you and your family or friends
will have exclusive use of the 4 WD Safari vehicle with your own dedicated
Driver / Guide from beginning to end. Each vehicle provides window seats
for 5 or 7 people and is fitted with "pop up" roof hatches for better visibility
and photography when game viewing.

We will meet you from your flight arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport
for the 45 minute road transfer to Mount Meru Game Lodge where you will be able to relax after
your long flight. Dinner, overnight and breakfast included.
Ethiopian Airlines have good connections from the U.K. Europe and the U.S.A to Kilimanjaro
via Addis Ababa. Check here for schedules and great fares.
We will depart after breakfast for the 3 hour drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation
Area and into the Serengeti National Park at the Naabi Hill Gate, arriving at Seronera Wildlife Lodge in time for lunch. There is the option
during this morning’s drive to stop at Olduvai Gorge for a visit to the small museum
dedicated to the achievements of Louis and Mary Leakey who revolutionized our understanding
of human anatomical and cultural evolution with the discovery of early hominid skulls
like that of Zinjanthropus boisei and of crude chopping tools vastly older than
anyone had previously believed possible. Spend an exciting afternoon game viewing
in the Seronera area before returning to the Lodge. Lunch, dinner and overnight
included.
Two full days are yours to explore the vastness of the Serengeti during morning
and afternoon gamedrives with all meals and overnights at the Lodge included.
An early start this morning ready for the 4h30 drive through the Serengeti and Ngorongoro
Conservation Area and on to the edge of the Rift Valley Escarpment for our last
night on Safari at the Lake Manyara Hotel overlooking Lake
Manyara National Park. After lunch there will be to time to relax and enjoy the
colourful gardens or simply immerse yourself in the panoramic views. Lunch, dinner
and overnight included.
After breakfast this morning we drive down the Escarpment for our final game viewing
excursion into Lake Manyara National Park before continuing to
Arusha. There will be opportunities for souvenir shopping on the way to Mount Meru
Gamelodge for our last overnight. Dinner and overnight included.
Breakfast is served at Mount Meru Gamelodge followed by leisure time until the transfer
to Kilimanjaro Airport for your homebound flight.
