TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a credit card guarantee or 10% non-refundable deposit within seven days of making a booking.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of non-payment, Massinga Beach reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notification. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to 100% cancellation fee.
Rates exclude airport transfer, beverages, mini-bar, leisure activities, laundry and other items of a personal nature. All Government levies which are subject to change are excluded.
Children under 6 years of age are not recommended due to the risk of malaria.
Children 6 – 12 years of age sharing a family room pay 50% of the per person sharing adult rate.
Children over 12 years of age are charged full adult rate.
Rates include breakfast, lunch, dinner & 17% IVA. Single supplement is applicable.
