All 18 chalets are identical in size,style and amenities.All chalets are positioned to face the coffee farm and each has a private deck with an amazing view of the ancient indigenous trees found within the farm.Each room has a king size double/twin bed,a mosquito net,a mini bar,coffee station,plasma flat screen TV with satellite channels,intercom and international telephone line,internet connection, hair dryer,digital safe,walk through shower,free standing bathtub and a private toilet.

The entire lodge is wheelchair accessible.
The main area is Wi-Fi enabled and a couple of computers are present at the reception for those who wish to access the internet. The internet use is complimentary.
The small business centre has an ability to send and receive faxes and do all the basic secretarial functions.

Dining options – the main dining area and deck, swimming pool’s garden as well as the lakeshore lounge for light meals.
The lakeshore lounge is located right at the shore of the lake and there is a bar area and a lounge to enjoy the sundowners. It is also the starting point for the canoeing trips.

The entire lodge is fully electrical fenced in for enhanced security.
There is a “butler” system of service whereby one staff member will be looking after two guest rooms and he will be fully responsible to make sure that each of his guest’s needs has been taken good care of.
There are in-house naturalists who will be responsible for nature walks around the lodge’s vicinity, around the lake area and the walking village tours. These activities are complimentary and they could be arranged at a short notice.
Hiking in the Duluti forest as well as the canoeing trips in Lake Duluti could be easily arranged at an extra cost.
There is a presence of a Golf Cart to shuttle the guests within the lodge area as the rooms are well spread around.
The cuisine on offer is the Modern African with an international twist. The main focus will be the professional and seasonal utilization of the local organic and fresh products with the cooking style that is universally delicious.
Depending on occupancy, it will be possible to put a baby cot or a third bed for children in a room on request.
Arusha town is 10 minutes drive west of the lodge and it is 30 minutes drive to the east to go to Kilimanjaro International Airport.
Arusha National park is 30 minutes away from the lodge hence day trip game drives could be easily done out of LDL.
Day trip hiking at Mount Meru could be organized from the lodge as well day trips to the base of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Lake Duluti and it's forest is a government protected area hence the entire area is serene, natural and very private.
The lodge is open all year round.
