Location:
The camp is located in the Selous Game Reserve, the largest game reserve in Africa and is situated on the banks of Lake Manze. On the one hour transit to the camp which can be reached from Siwandu airstrip, one is introduced to the beautiful plains of Selous and its assorted birds and wildlife. The Lake Manze area is one of the richest of game in the entire Selous, both in the dry and wet season.
Accommodation:
Doum palms and Terminalia offer shade to the twelve tents which are well spread out, nearly invisible to each other and with good views of the lake. Each tent has an en suite bathroom with flush toilet and hot shower and is furnished with twin or double beds, the tents are spacious, with a comfortable veranda to watch the animals passing by.
Excursions:
Located on the banks of the lake, guests get a chance to observe families of hippos, sunbathing crocodiles, plentiful elephants, feeding herons and much more. Game safaris are carried out in 4x4 vehicles which take max 4 guests and the drives are not limited to a specific schedule but tailor made to clients wishes. Boat safaris are carried out in the calm waters of the lake. An early morning walk with an armed ranger is also available and a rewarding experience to bring one closer to Selous’ beauty.
Getting there:
Flights are available two times a day from Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar and once a day from Arusha, Manyara and Ruaha with Coastal Aviation, to Siwandu Airstrip in the Selous Game Reserve. Road access via Kibiti or Morogoro.

Rates exclude park fees, drinks, items of a personal nature and exclusive use of vehicle.
Rates include transfers to and from airstrip, accommodation on full board basis and excursions (game drives, boat safari or walking safari)
