Completely new on Zanzibar this stunning Villa complex is perfect for families, groups of friends. With a total of 180 beds the whole complex may also be booked exclusively for meetings, conferences and events such as weddings and product launches-
ACCOMMODATION
The 30 Villas have been positioned in such way around the bay that none obstructs the view of another.
12 villas are located on the South side of the Bay, 12 on the north side and 6 at the peninsula edge. From the sea, the layout is simply stunning.
The overall architecture is in a traditional style, with white walls, terracotta floors and Makuti roofs. All have the same basic internal layout and are divided into 4 categories, depending on their location
5 Zanzi Villas
Classic villas located on the second or third row – all Villas offer a 180 degree Sea view from the first floor veranda .
4 Peninsula Villas
These enjoy a sea front location close to the Cliff with a direct sea view from both floors
12 Zanzi Pool Villas
Similar to the basic Zanzi Villa but have their own private plunge pool
9 Prime Pool Villa
Positioned on the Peninsula with their own private plunge pool
The ground floor of each villa has a living room with a dining space, Zanzibar Sofas, a flat large screen TV and ceiling fans. Also on the ground floor there are 3 air conditioned en suite bedrooms (each 18-25 square meters + bathroom). On the first floor, the Princess Salme Lounge is the highlight of the accommodation, a large open roofed room with sunbeds on the veranda .
The Villa decoration is simple and tasteful - all furniture, Sofas, Couches, Chairs, tables, beds & Sun beds were designed and manufactured exclusively for the Resort with special attention to carving details. Local plants and classic pictures complete the Zanzibari theme All rooms feature Wireless Internet, Flat Screen TV, DSTV, & Bathtub. Butler service and private chef on request and at additional cost.
Resort Facilities
- The Lemon Spa: -includes its own swimming pool, treatment rooms and enough space to relax in a separate sheltered location .
- The private beach: Secluded on the south side of the bay the white sand beach is accessible at both low and hide tides.
- The Jetty: One of the highlights and a favourite spot to enjoy both Sunrise and Sunset and for relaxation during the afternoon, with a good chance of spotting dolphins swimming nearby. Snorkeling is also possible direct from the jetty dependant on tides .
- The central area: The reception, main bar and restaurants are located in one building in the shape of a pentagram and offers direct access to the infinity swimming pool.In addition, there is a Business Centre, a children’s playground, a games room with a Pool Table, ping pong - and a small conference room which can host 30 participants.
- The Barracuda restaurant offers fine dining and views of the Indian Ocean and serves buffet breakfast, a la carte lunch and themed buffet dinners. There is a separate area dedicated to a la carte dinner.
- The Reef Bar services the infinity pool and main area, offering a choice of cocktails and refreshments in a casual and relaxed environment.
