Feedback from the Travel Agent
They had a marvellous time in Rwanda – a beautiful country with very friendly people and so clean!! and said the Gorilla experience was incredible. They had to walk for about 3 ½ hours to get to see them but enjoyed it as they could absorb the scenery which was beautiful.
Everyone was very professional and they would especially like to commend Felix who was their guide. They said he was always on time and very kind and considerate. Smaragda said even when he took them to the markets he steered her away from anywhere that was selling meat…as she is a strict vegetarian.(she was really impressed with his thoughtfulness) Whatever they needed he was always there to help and said he is an absolute asset to your organisation so please pass on this info to your operator.
She said the hotels were good – the food ok but thought they should try and promote more of the local dishes and not just western likes… they would have liked to spend more time at the lake, but I will now know for future reference.
They said they would highly recommend your trip.
